“Creativity is having fun.”
All items are collected of shapes, and each and every essential of design are shapes in some or the other way. Shapes can live in a form. For an instance, A Square on a flyer is a shape that’s living on the paper which is the form.
A shape is a two dimensional or three-dimensional object that positions out from the space next to it because of a defined or implied border. A shape can live in various parts in space, and can also have additional fundamentals like line, colour, texture, or movement.
Similar to forms, shapes come in two diverse types: geometric and organic.
1. Geometric shapes can be drawn with the help of a ruler, compass, or digital instrument. They feel very detailed, like an architecture version. They’re created in CAD or by hand, and are measured and arranged.
2. Organic shapes are originated in nature or drawn by hand. They’re the reverse of geometric shapes, and generally feel natural or smooth. They’re less complex. For instance, a grain on a base of wood: It’s complex, but not geometrically accurate. With the arrival of computer-aided design, the definition of “hand drawn” has distorted. But as long as they’re done free hand, organic shapes can be created with a mouse, digital pen, or tablet. (1)
